Website and inquiry privacy

The inquiry form collects your name, work email, organization, role, business unit or location, approximate system count, timing, lead source, and a business-level description of the workflow problem.

Basic site analytics may record pages viewed, service visits, call-to-action clicks, form starts, submissions, booking actions, referral source, and campaign tags. Analytics do not receive form text, email addresses, or CRM identifiers.

David uses inquiry information to reply, assess fit, schedule a conversation, and maintain the private sales record. Supabase provides authentication and database services. Resend sends inquiry confirmations when configured. PostHog may provide privacy-limited behavioral analytics when configured. Vercel may host the site. No third-party booking processor is enabled until a scheduling path is approved.

Information is not sold. Inquiry and CRM records are retained only while needed for the business relationship, follow-up, recordkeeping, or applicable obligations. Deletion requests are handled through the contact path below. A specific deletion schedule will be published after the business data-handling policy is approved.

Do not submit protected health information.

Do not enter patient names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, clinical details, appointment-level information, identifiable screenshots, passwords, credentials, or client source files. The consultancy site and CRM are not clinical systems.

For privacy questions, use the contact form without including sensitive information. The final privacy contact will be added after the applicable policy and contract language are approved.
